The Preston Residence is located in a neighborhood rich with diversity and character. This project involved the full scale renovation of one of the rental units within the home. The interior was modernized in material and form and incorporates such materials as slate tile, hardwood as well as state of the art security and electrical systems. An innovative rain/flood water filtration system was also installed around the perimeter of the home.
